水泥撒布車新車在使用時(shí)要注意些什么？

1、 新車開始使用時(shí)，必須進(jìn)行全面檢查和試車，一切正常時(shí)，方可正式使用。
1. When the new car is put into use, it must be comprehensively inspected and tested. It can be officially used only when everything is normal.
2、 輸送混凝土的容量，質(zhì)量及塌落度應(yīng)符合第二章中的規(guī)定。
2. The capacity, quality and slump of transported concrete shall comply with the provisions in Chapter II.
3、 攪拌車在露天場(chǎng)地停放時(shí)，裝料前應(yīng)先將攪拌筒反轉(zhuǎn)，把筒內(nèi)的積水（或雨水）和雜物卸出，以保證運(yùn)送混凝土的質(zhì)量。
3. When the mixer truck is parked in the open field, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading, and the ponding (or rainwater) and sundries in the drum shall be unloaded to ensure the quality of concrete transportation.
4、 在出料斗、卸料溜槽旁工作時(shí)，要配帶防護(hù)用品。不要接近料斗及攪拌口，也不要向內(nèi)窺看，更不得用手去摸旋轉(zhuǎn)的攪拌筒。
4. When working near the discharge hopper and discharge chute, wear protective articles. Do not approach the hopper and mixing port, do not look inward, and do not touch the rotating mixing drum with your hand.
5、 在公路上行駛時(shí)，加長(zhǎng)溜槽必須翻轉(zhuǎn)放置在卸料溜槽上用掛鉤掛牢，再轉(zhuǎn)至與車身垂直部位，用鎖緊裝置把卸料溜槽和加長(zhǎng)溜槽鎖緊在機(jī)架上，防止由于不固定而搖動(dòng)，造成傷人事故和影響其它車輛運(yùn)行。
5. When driving on the highway, the extended chute must be turned over and placed on the unloading chute, hung firmly with a hook, and then turned to the position perpendicular to the vehicle body. The unloading chute and the extended chute shall be locked on the frame with a locking device to prevent shaking due to instability, resulting in personal injury accidents and affecting the operation of other vehicles.
6、 車穿越橋、洞、庫等設(shè)施時(shí)，必須注意通過高度的尺寸及路面承受重量以免損壞攪拌車。
6. When the truck passes through bridges, holes, warehouses and other facilities, attention must be paid to the size of passing height and the weight borne by the road surface to avoid damaging the mixer truck.
7、 工作裝置連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間不應(yīng)超過8h。

8、 交貨時(shí)，如發(fā)現(xiàn)水分蒸發(fā)，塌落度偏低不能滿足用戶要求時(shí)，可適當(dāng)向筒內(nèi)加水，然后以12—14r/min的速度旋轉(zhuǎn)30轉(zhuǎn)后卸料。
8. During delivery, if it is found that the water evaporates and the slump is too low to meet the user's requirements, add water to the cylinder appropriately, and then rotate for 30 revolutions at the speed of 12-14r / min before unloading.
9、 攪拌車在空載運(yùn)行及運(yùn)送混凝土過程中，攪拌筒不得停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)以免滾道、滾輪局部碰損或混凝土產(chǎn)生離析現(xiàn)象。
9. During the no-load operation and concrete transportation of the mixer truck, the mixing drum shall not stop rotating, so as to avoid local collision damage of the raceway and roller or segregation of the concrete.
10、 水箱的水量要經(jīng)常加滿，以備急用。
10. The water tank should always be filled up for emergency use.
11、 水箱加水前，必須打開放氣閥把箱內(nèi)空氣放掉，充氣供水后必須及時(shí)關(guān)閉貯氣筒。
11. Before adding water to the water tank, the vent valve must be opened to release the air in the tank. After inflating and supplying water, the air storage cylinder must be closed in time.
