冷再生機對于施工有什么要求？

1、乳化瀝青再生與泡沫瀝青再生壓實度

高速公路與一級公路的乳化瀝青再生壓實度需要達到90%以上，泡沫瀝青再生壓實度需要達到98%以上；二級及二級以下公路，乳化瀝青再生壓實度需達到88%以上，泡沫瀝青再生壓實度需要達到97%以上。每車道每公里檢查兩次。

發(fā)現(xiàn)瀝青含量礦料級配異常時應隨時檢驗，檢驗方法為油提篩分。

4、凍融劈裂強度比

凍融劈裂強度比應大于70%,每三個工作日檢查一次。

5、其他檢查項目
5. Other inspection items
殘留穩(wěn)定度，干濕劈裂強度比，馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度，15℃劈裂強度等，需要每工作日檢查一次，符合設計要求。
Residual stability, dry wet splitting strength ratio, Marshall stability, 15 ℃ splitting strength, etc. need to be checked every working day to meet the design requirements.
