（一）作業(yè)程序
（1） Operating procedures
1.檢查氣壓表達(dá)到0.45Mpa以上時（正常值在0.6~0.8Mpa），松開停車制動器（手制動）。
1. When the air pressure is expressed above 0.45Mpa (normal value is between 0.6 and 0.8Mpa), release the parking brake (hand brake).
2.檢查各儀表達(dá)到規(guī)定示值，各報警燈熄滅。
2. Check that all instruments reach the specified values and all alarm lights turn off.
3.將變速換檔操縱桿撥至所需位置，發(fā)動機(jī)提速至1800~2000rpm，緩慢推動行走驅(qū)動手柄，將機(jī)械駛向作業(yè)地點(diǎn)。
3. Move the shift control lever to the desired position, increase the engine speed to 1800~2000rpm, slowly push the walking drive handle, and drive the machine towards the work site.
4.拉出前保險杠上示寬指示桿。
4. Pull out the width indicator bar on the front bumper.
5.將變速操縱桿置低速檔，緩慢搬動拌和轉(zhuǎn)子驅(qū)動手柄，使轉(zhuǎn)子達(dá)到工作轉(zhuǎn)速。
5. Set the speed control lever to low speed and slowly move the mixing rotor drive handle to reach the working speed of the rotor.
6.操縱大臂升降手柄，將拌和轉(zhuǎn)子下降到要求的拌和深度。

7.操縱尾門操縱手柄，調(diào)整尾門開啟度至適當(dāng)位置。

8.緩慢推動行走手柄至機(jī)械達(dá)到作業(yè)行駛速度，開始拌和作業(yè)。

（二）安全規(guī)程
（2） Safety regulations
1.制動氣壓低于0.45Mpa時，禁止松開手制動進(jìn)入作業(yè)狀態(tài)。
When the brake pressure is lower than 0.45Mpa, it is prohibited to release the hand brake and enter the operating state.
2.正常行駛用高速檔，作業(yè)、大坡度爬坡或不平路行駛時，應(yīng)用低速檔。
2. Use high gear for normal driving, and low gear for operations, steep slopes, or uneven roads.
3.在較長距離行駛時，拌和轉(zhuǎn)子大臂應(yīng)提至高位，并用銷軸鎖住。

4.換檔變速應(yīng)停車進(jìn)行。在小范圍變速時，可用行走液壓手柄操縱。

5.嚴(yán)禁不旋轉(zhuǎn)拌和轉(zhuǎn)子入土。

6.正常拌和作業(yè)不得隨意搬動轉(zhuǎn)子大臂升降手柄。

7.拌和材料中混有粒徑超過40MM的石料時，禁止進(jìn)行拌和作業(yè)。

8.發(fā)現(xiàn)異常聲響或有猛烈沖擊振動時，應(yīng)及時停機(jī)檢查，解決后再作業(yè)。

9.應(yīng)隨時檢查拌刀磨損情況，及時更換缺損拌刀，嚴(yán)禁缺刀作業(yè)。
9. The wear of the mixing knife should be checked at any time, and the missing mixing knife should be replaced in a timely manner. It is strictly prohibited to operate without a knife.
10.機(jī)械作業(yè)中，禁止人員上下，禁止檢修作業(yè)。
