（1）混合料拌和平均后，應(yīng)立刻用平地機(jī)初步整形。在直線段，平地機(jī)由兩側(cè)向路中心停止刮平；在平曲線段，平地機(jī)由內(nèi)側(cè)向外側(cè)停止刮平。
(1) After the mixture is evenly mixed, it shall be preliminarily shaped with a Grader immediately. In the straight section, the Grader stops scraping from both sides to the road center; In the flat curve section, the Grader stops scraping from the inside to the outside.
（2）用輪胎壓路機(jī)立刻在初平的路段上快速碾壓一遍，以暴露潛在的不平整。

（3）再用平地機(jī)按本條第1款停止整形，整形前應(yīng)用齒耙將輪跡低洼處表層5cm以上耙松，并按本條第2款再碾壓一遍。

（1）整形后，當(dāng)混合料的含水量為佳含水量（+1%~+2%）時(shí)，應(yīng)立刻用壓路機(jī)在構(gòu)造層全寬內(nèi)停止碾壓。直線和不設(shè)超高的平曲線段，由兩側(cè)路肩向路中心碾時(shí)，應(yīng)堆疊1/2輪寬，后輪必需超越兩段的接縫處，后輪壓完路面全寬時(shí)，即為一遍。普通需碾壓4~6遍。
(1) After shaping, when the moisture content of the mixture reaches the optimal moisture content (+1%~+2%), the roller should immediately stop rolling within the full width of the construction layer. When rolling straight and flat curved sections without superelevation from the shoulders on both sides to the center of the road, they should be stacked with a width of 1/2 of the wheel width. The rear wheel must exceed the joint of the two sections. When the rear wheel has pressed the full width of the road surface, it is considered as one pass. Normally, it needs to be rolled 4-6 times.
（2）嚴(yán)禁壓路機(jī)在已完成的或正在碾壓的路段上調(diào)頭或急剎車，應(yīng)保證改進(jìn)土層外表不受毀壞。
(2) It is strictly prohibited for road rollers to turn around or brake sharply on completed or rolling sections, and it is necessary to ensure that the surface of the improved soil layer is not damaged.
（3）碾壓過程中，水泥改進(jìn)土的外表應(yīng)一直堅(jiān)持潮濕，如水分蒸發(fā)過快，應(yīng)及時(shí)補(bǔ)撒少量的水，但嚴(yán)禁灑大水碾壓。

（4）冷再生機(jī)租賃人員認(rèn)為，經(jīng)過拌和、整形的水泥改進(jìn)土，宜在水泥初凝前并應(yīng)在實(shí)驗(yàn)肯定的延遲時(shí)間內(nèi)完成碾壓，并到達(dá)請(qǐng)求的密實(shí)度，同時(shí)沒有明顯的輪跡。
(4) The leasing personnel of the cold recycling machine believe that the cement improved soil after mixing and shaping should be compacted before the initial setting of the cement and within the confirmed delay time in the experiment, and reach the requested compactness without obvious wheel marks.
（5）在碾壓完畢之前，用平地機(jī)再終平一次，使其縱向順適，路拱和超高契合設(shè)計(jì)請(qǐng)求。終平應(yīng)認(rèn)真停止，必需將部分高出局部刮除并掃出路外；關(guān)于部分低洼之處，不再停止找補(bǔ)，可留待下層施工時(shí)處置。
(5) Before the completion of rolling, use a Grader for final leveling again to make it longitudinally smooth, and the crown and superelevation meet the design requirements. The final leveling should be stopped seriously, and it is necessary to scrape off the parts that are higher than the original ones and sweep them out; Regarding some low-lying areas, repair will no longer be stopped and can be left for disposal during lower level construction.
