Use of sensors
傳感器位于絞龍、計(jì)量器及排雜電機(jī)位置，主要起到轉(zhuǎn)速信號(hào)傳感的作用。

電感式傳感器自帶調(diào)節(jié)絲紋，可調(diào)節(jié)傳感距離；傳感器后尾部正常工作時(shí)為黃色傳感燈閃爍，如正好處于傳感齒牙位置時(shí)為黃色傳感燈常亮，通常離傳感齒牙3mm左右。
The inductive sensor has its own adjustable silk grain, which can adjust the sensing distance; when the rear tail of the sensor works normally, the Yellow sensor light flashes, if it is just in the position of the sensing tooth, the Yellow sensor light is always on, usually about 3 mm away from the sensing tooth.
1.電感式傳感器需要檢查以下幾點(diǎn)：

（3）、用物品在傳感器前端位置移動(dòng)測(cè)試，查看傳感燈是否閃爍，如常亮則有可能需要更換傳感器

2.如確定傳感器已損壞，臨時(shí)可運(yùn)用參數(shù)設(shè)置里的調(diào)試功能臨時(shí)施工，同時(shí)聯(lián)系我司及時(shí)配發(fā)配件，具體步驟如下：

?。?）、旋轉(zhuǎn)右上角旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)鈕選擇需要調(diào)試的傳感器，選擇調(diào)試功能后設(shè)備能暫時(shí)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

調(diào)試后轉(zhuǎn)速會(huì)和原轉(zhuǎn)速有所不同，有可能會(huì)高于或低于原轉(zhuǎn)速，同時(shí)對(duì)撒布量的準(zhǔn)確控制會(huì)產(chǎn)生一定的影響。
