瀝青撒布車日常操作應(yīng)該注意哪些事項？這才是關(guān)鍵！

1、滿載的撒布車在行駛過程中，應(yīng)采用中速行駛，遇有彎道、下坡路時應(yīng)提前減速，盡量避免緊急制動；這是因為瀝青罐體內(nèi)的瀝青為液態(tài)流體狀，行駛過程中其車輛不穩(wěn)定，容易偏離，在上述情況下更加嚴(yán)重。

In case of curve or downhill, it should slow down in advance to avoid emergency braking as far as possible; This is because the asphalt in the asphalt tank is liquid fluid, the vehicle is unstable and easy to deviate during driving, which is more serious in the above cases.
2、檢查機(jī)械、灑布裝置及防護(hù)、防火設(shè)備是否齊全。采用固定式噴燈向瀝青箱的火管加熱時，應(yīng)先打開瀝青箱上的煙囪口，并在液態(tài)瀝青淹沒火管后，方可點燃噴燈。加熱噴燈的火焰過大或擴(kuò)散蔓延時應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉噴燈，待多余的燃油燒盡后再行使用。噴燈使用前，應(yīng)先封閉吸油管及進(jìn)料口，手提噴燈點燃后不得接近易燃品；行駛時嚴(yán)禁使用加熱系統(tǒng)。

3、瀝青撒布車駕駛員與機(jī)上操作人員應(yīng)密切配合，操作人員應(yīng)注意自身的安全。作業(yè)時在噴灑瀝青方向10m以內(nèi)不得有人停留，以免造成事故。
