施工準(zhǔn)備工作是保證冷再生技術(shù)順利開(kāi)展的前提，施工準(zhǔn)備期間需要對(duì)道路的信息情況進(jìn)行充分的采集與分析，從而制定出一個(gè)合理的施工方案。主要任務(wù)有以下幾點(diǎn)：一是對(duì)原路面的使用情況和原路面所處的環(huán)境進(jìn)行調(diào)查，并對(duì)相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)。二是對(duì)原路面的嚴(yán)重?fù)p害路段進(jìn)行預(yù)處理，結(jié)合路面的實(shí)際情況對(duì)中下面層進(jìn)行徹底修復(fù)，確保基礎(chǔ)的承載力。三是合理調(diào)配人、材、機(jī)，在進(jìn)行冷再生技術(shù)前應(yīng)該對(duì)建設(shè)施工過(guò)程中所需用到的材料和設(shè)備等進(jìn)行檢查，保證其滿足施工的要求。四是進(jìn)行鋪設(shè)試驗(yàn)段，既能測(cè)量出各環(huán)節(jié)的施工所需要的溫度以及施工速度等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，又能對(duì)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)做出檢測(cè)，因此鋪設(shè)試驗(yàn)段很有代表性。

The third is to reasonably allocate personnel, materials, and machinery. Before implementing cold recycling technology, the materials and equipment required during the construction process should be inspected to ensure that they meet the construction requirements. The fourth is to conduct a laying test section, which can not only measure the temperature and construction speed required for each stage of construction, but also detect various indicators. Therefore, the laying test section is very representative.

（1）清掃路面。在施工準(zhǔn)備工作完成之后一定要徹底打掃路面，清除障礙物，保持路面的整潔，避免路面的雜物給施工的質(zhì)量帶來(lái)影響。

（2）施工放樣，撒布水泥。在施工前進(jìn)行放樣操作，并打格計(jì)量卸放水泥，水泥量按5%計(jì)，確保均勻撒布水泥。

(2) Construction layout, spreading cement. Before construction, carry out layout operations and measure the discharge of cement by grid. The cement amount is calculated at 5% to ensure uniform distribution of cement.

（3）冷再生機(jī)銑刨拌合。用冷再生機(jī)將舊路面和基層銑刨、破碎后混合均勻，噴灑裝置按配比要求噴入乳化瀝青，再將各種材料攪拌均勻。銑刨速度根據(jù)舊路結(jié)構(gòu)狀況和混合料的配合比確定，一般為5-8m/min。瀝青混凝土破碎的最大粒徑不大于30cm。在銑刨、破碎過(guò)程中及時(shí)檢測(cè)，保證混合料級(jí)配符合要求。由于碾壓必須在水泥初凝前進(jìn)行。單幅拌合長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)控制在200m以內(nèi)。拌和時(shí)由再生機(jī)電腦控制加水量。

(3) Cold regeneration machine milling and mixing. Use a cold recycling machine to mill and crush the old road surface and base layer, mix them evenly, spray emulsified asphalt into the spraying device according to the ratio requirements, and then mix various materials evenly. The milling speed is determined based on the condition of the old road structure and the mix ratio of the mixture, generally 5-8m/min. The maximum particle size of asphalt concrete crushing shall not exceed 30cm. Timely detection during milling and crushing processes to ensure that the gradation of the mixture meets the requirements. Due to the fact that compaction must be carried out before the initial setting of cement. The length of a single mixing should be controlled within 200m. The amount of water added during mixing is controlled by the regeneration machine computer.
