Cold regeneration technology is a process of milling and crushing the old pavement structure layer including the surface layer and part of the base layer, adding recycled materials, mixing, paving, rolling and other operation processes under normal temperature by using cold recycling machinery, so as to re form the structural layer with certain bearing capacity. Now the more advanced technology is the hot recycling of asphalt pavement.
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)熱再生法就是在舊路面現(xiàn)場(chǎng)利用移動(dòng)式的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)熱再生設(shè)備將舊瀝青路面加熱、耙送、經(jīng)過(guò)翻挖后加入再生劑、新瀝青、新骨料送進(jìn)攪拌缸拌和 ,從而獲得優(yōu)良的再生瀝青混凝土,鋪筑成再生瀝青路面。此過(guò)程是- -一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)連續(xù)的過(guò)程。在此過(guò)程中需根據(jù)路面材料配方的不同以及工程質(zhì)量要求,進(jìn)行配比設(shè)計(jì),確定舊瀝青混合料中再生劑、新瀝青材料、新集料的比例。
