水泥撒布車安全操作規(guī)程你知道多少？

1汽車部分按汽車安全操作規(guī)程的規(guī)定進行操作。

2檢查各操作部分、閥門、儀表、瀝青泵液壓系統(tǒng)等工作裝置是否正常。

11 噴撒作業(yè)時，在噴撒方向10米內(nèi)不得站人。

12 噴撒時，應(yīng)按引導線指示的方向，調(diào)整好車速平穩(wěn)前進，不得任意擺動，猛轉(zhuǎn)方向盤和變速。

14 撒布作業(yè)結(jié)束后，應(yīng)使用瀝青泵將管道內(nèi)的殘余瀝青吸回瀝青箱內(nèi)。

15 完成當天后，要加熱噴嘴，及時清除機上各部殘留的瀝青，進行例保工作。
